Experiences & Accomplishments
As a lawyer and ethicist with a passion for animals and science, I promote the development and use of alternative models. My research looks at available statutory and regulatory pathways for alternatives that currently exist in order to identify gaps or areas for improvement. Secondarily, I seek to foster productive discourse between scientific researchers and animal advocates to promote the phase-out of animal research and to ensure the best available scientific tools are employed to protect public health.
