Description

This course will introduce learners to the fundamentals of project management to support team productivity and optimize public health impact.
Addresses effective management, a fundamental aspect of project, program, and organizational success. Introduces fundamentals and theories of management, focusing on personnel and project management in public health. Covers management approaches that support team productivity and optimize public health impact. Helps students to recognize their own management styles and areas for growth.
Learning Objectives
Upon successfully completing this course, students will be able to:
