Dean Klag Volunteers with United Way

On Saturday, January 28, 2012, Michael J. Klag, MD, MPH, dean of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, joined more than 125 volunteers in preparing hot food and snacks for needy families in Baltimore.
The event was part of the United Way of Central Maryland’s Families Living United program, which brings family members together to participate in joint, hands-on volunteer projects throughout the local area. Dean Klag was joined by his wife and four of his five children for the event.
The Bloomberg School is proud to continue its support of United Way programs both here in Baltimore and throughout the world.
