WHO Releases the Global Status Report on Road Safety 2023

On December 13, 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) officially launched the Global Status Report on Road Safety 2023—a document that presents the developments that took place during the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011–2020. The document also provides baseline data for the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021–2030.
In addition, it breaks down the road safety landscape of United Nations Member States, addresses changes that have occurred since the release of previous editions, aims to empower the network of individuals involved in initiatives at a global scale, and much more.
The WHO will soon provide versions of the report in Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic.
